How to Apply for a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at sales@theaxiomstores.com. If your request is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item and the appropriate shipping address. Please note that items returned without first obtaining approval will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for the return process.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is defective, broken, or otherwise unusable.
  • The order was not delivered within 20 working days from the date of purchase.

  • We offer a 15-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@theaxiomstores.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us for clarification.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process. After the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
